The event times will vary depending on the venue and day. Generally, night parties at nightclubs will end at around 4:00AM. Daytime events will typically start in the afternoon and run through the evening. Exact timings for each event will be sent to you by email closer to the date.

The legal age to attend parties in Malta is 17+. You must be 17 or older on May 1, 2025, to participate in the event.

Yes, showing valid ID is mandatory for entry. There will be security checks at all venues. Please ensure you bring one of the following acceptable forms of identification:

  • ID card
  • Passport
  • Driver’s license

Note: Photos of IDs are not accepted. Only physical documents will be allowed.

While there is no strict dress code for ON THE ISLAND, we ask that all attire remains respectful and appropriate for the event. We encourage you to dress comfortably, with consideration for the weather and venue. For day parties, casual and comfortable attire is ideal, while smart-casual or party attire is perfect for the evening events.

Malta has one airport: Malta International Airport, located in Luqa.

Attendees are welcome to take personal photos and videos with their smartphones, as long as they respect the privacy of others and refrain from capturing individuals outside their group. Commercial photography and videography are strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks is not allowed. Please note that our professional in-house photo and video team will be documenting the event.

No, ON THE ISLAND is open to everyone. While the event is focused on French music lovers, people from all backgrounds and nationalities are welcome to join in the celebration!

For safety and security reasons, outside food, drinks, or alcohol are not permitted at the event venues. Security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Don’t worry, food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, will be available for purchase depending on the venue.

By attending ON THE ISLAND, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and videos may be used worldwide across various media platforms for promotional purposes.

May in Malta generally offers warm and pleasant weather. The average daytime temperature ranges from 19°C to 25°C  while the average nightly temperature is around 16°C. Expect plenty of sunshine!
